Identity & Access Management Technical Test Analyst –For the extension of the Identity and Access management cluster, we are searching for a senior test analyst.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and security of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. This role involves working closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to design, execute, and manage test plans and test cases.Creating, renewing, extending our test automation test set is a profound part of the role. This will be done with our Selenium based internal tool.The IAM Test Analyst will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and security of our IAM solutions.Tasks:· Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for IAM systems.· Extend our automation testset by creating and maintaining automated test scripts.· Collaborate with developers and analysts to gather requirements and design test plans.· Perform functional, integration, and "automated” regression testing on IAM applications.· Identify, document, and track defects and issues using appropriate tools.· Ensure that IAM systems comply with security standards and best practices.· Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.· Provide regular status reports on testing activities and outcomes.· Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users as needed.Qualifications:-· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.· Minimum of 3 years of experience in IAM software testing.· Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management.· Experience with IAM platforms such as ForgeRock, Ping Identity, or Oracle AM.· Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems.· Knowledge of security standards and best practices related to IAM.· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.· Experience in test automation using Selenium.· Strong communication and collaboration abilities.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.· Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.Location- BangaloreYrs of Exp-6+Yrs
