Installation and Commissioning: Install and set up injection molding machines, robots, and automation equipment at customer sites, ensuring proper configuration and functionality.Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on injection molding machines, including replacing hydraulic components (rams, seals, valves), electrical systems, and electronic boards. Conduct minor repairs and adjustments to maintain equipment efficiency.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to machine malfunctions, part defects, or process inefficiencies. Analyze production data (cycle times, scrap rates, machine efficiency) to identify and address performance issues.Process Optimization: Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements, equipment upgrades, and new technologies to enhance production quality and reduce costs.Training and Support: Provide training and guidance to operators, toolmakers, and technicians on machine operation, safety protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work instructions, troubleshooting guides, and production reports. Update process documentation and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to discuss solutions, order parts, and provide technical support.
