- Track market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with 2-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in filtration or a related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and propose solutions.
- Languages: fluency in English and local language (read, speak, and write).
- Strong in technical/economic analyses, reports, and specifications.
- Good analytical skills and creativity.
- Team-oriented and effective communicator.
