Enable and implement technology upgrades.

Lead User Acceptance Testing for the business (as required).
Responsible for delivering high-quality pack outputs across multiple Traditional fund portfolios.
Drive a strong focus on service quality across Traditional fund portfolios.
Implement process enhancements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Primarily responsible for preparing NAV packs and performing checker activities as required.
Escalate exceptions to the appropriate teams to ensure resolution before finalizing the pack.
Develop and maintain mutually respectful & successful relationships with internal customers & business partners.

To be successful, you will:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other qualifications relevant to the accounting/finance industry.
0-2 years of relevant/accounting work experience.
Good knowledge of Capital Markets and Financial instruments.
Basic knowledge of end to end product and process, multiple market and regulations.
Strong grasp of accounting principles and fundamentals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Ability to prioritize and adjust workloads based on changing circumstances and meet strict deadlines.
Basic understanding of the E2E Fund Accounting Model.
Basic knowledge of custody, brokerage, depository, investment accounting, mutual funds and reconciliations.
