- Drive end-to-end sales processes for relay-based logistics solutions, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure and account growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and partners within the transportation and logistics ecosystem.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives and market opportunities, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, particularly with enterprises and strategic accounts, to expand market penetration and strengthen brand presence.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs, and translate these insights into actionable strategies.
- Create compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals tailored to client requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor, track, and report sales metrics and performance against targets, providing regular updates to leadership.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing structures that balance client requirements with organizational profitability.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by offering consultative solutions and insights that improve efficiency and optimize their supply chain operations.
- 5–9 years of proven sales experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or related industries with a strong understanding of relay models in supply chain management.
- Strong business development acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Excellent relationship management skills with a track record of building long-term, value-driven client partnerships.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities and a consultative sales approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred).
