- Lead end-to-end digital content strategy across channels (Email, WhatsApp, Push, in-app, etc.)
- Drive execution of multi-channel performance campaigns with focus on engagement and conversions
- Manage large-scale performance marketing budgets with strong ROI orientation
- Act as SPOC for digital partners and aggregators; drive lead generation and quality improvements
- Identify and onboard new digital partnerships to optimize CAC and diversify lead sources
- Map and optimize end-to-end customer journeys across digital touchpoints
- Run A/B tests on landing pages and communication flows to improve conversion rates
- Collaborate closely with inside sales/tele-calling teams to improve lead-to-closure ratios
- Translate sales feedback into marketing strategies to improve funnel efficiency
- Ensure strong alignment between marketing, content, and sales teams for better outcomes
- 5-6 years of experience in digital/performance marketing (BFSI, fintech, e-comm preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic platforms
- Proficiency in analytics tools like GA4, Adobe Analytics, and CRM/CDP platforms
- Strong understanding of funnel metrics (CTR, CPL, CAC, etc.)
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales/operations teams
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- High ownership with a "hustle" mindset and ability to influence stakeholders
