This role focuses on driving digital growth through performance marketing and strategic digital partnerships/alliances.
  • Lead end-to-end digital content strategy across channels (Email, WhatsApp, Push, in-app, etc.)
  • Drive execution of multi-channel performance campaigns with focus on engagement and conversions
  • Manage large-scale performance marketing budgets with strong ROI orientation
  • Act as SPOC for digital partners and aggregators; drive lead generation and quality improvements
  • Identify and onboard new digital partnerships to optimize CAC and diversify lead sources
  • Map and optimize end-to-end customer journeys across digital touchpoints
  • Run A/B tests on landing pages and communication flows to improve conversion rates
  • Collaborate closely with inside sales/tele-calling teams to improve lead-to-closure ratios
  • Translate sales feedback into marketing strategies to improve funnel efficiency
  • Ensure strong alignment between marketing, content, and sales teams for better outcomes
Work with a leading player in the insurance spaceOwn end-to-end digital funnel from acquisition to conversion
  • 5-6 years of experience in digital/performance marketing (BFSI, fintech, e-comm preferred)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic platforms
  • Proficiency in analytics tools like GA4, Adobe Analytics, and CRM/CDP platforms
  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics (CTR, CPL, CAC, etc.)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales/operations teams
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • High ownership with a "hustle" mindset and ability to influence stakeholders
