Act as a strategic HR partner across multiple APAC countries, ensuring alignment between regional needs and global HR governance.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership and COEs to drive HR initiatives, change management processes, and employee engagement strategies.
Partner with regional HR stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Support integration efforts and manage legacy employee alignment.
Facilitate cultural alignment, organizational development, and transformation initiatives across fragmented APAC structures.

Qualifications

Proven hands-on 8-10 years of experience in HR or a similar strategic HR role in a global company.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Ability to challenge business decisions constructively and provide strategic HR solutions.
Exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills.
A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret HR analytics and trends.
Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Having a collaborative and approachable style.
Experience with change management and organizational development.
