- Act as a strategic HR partner across multiple APAC countries, ensuring alignment between regional needs and global HR governance.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and COEs to drive HR initiatives, change management processes, and employee engagement strategies.
- Partner with regional HR stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support integration efforts and manage legacy employee alignment.
- Facilitate cultural alignment, organizational development, and transformation initiatives across fragmented APAC structures.
- Proven hands-on 8-10 years of experience in HR or a similar strategic HR role in a global company.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to challenge business decisions constructively and provide strategic HR solutions.
- Exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret HR analytics and trends.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Having a collaborative and approachable style.
