The role is a leadership role in projects in managing large scale teams across locations to successfully deliver AMI/smart metering based infrastructure projects.

To be responsible for overall Project schedule & scope management, take lead and make decisions for operational activities with Cluster/ State heads
To plan continuity of operation and business to ensure smooth progress and inline to project objectives
To be responsible for the growth and profitability of the program by monitoring of P&L of overall program
To Identify & target areas in which a business can improve operation by recommending solutions
To collaborate with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans
To develop, implement, and monitor operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives
To handle Meter Supply chain for overall program
To devise strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs

Leadership role to manage a large infrastructure project in smart metering|Market leading compensation

Graduate degree in electrical engineering or power systems and preferably an MBA/Master's degree in power-related sector
Overall experience of 18+ years in Power/ Telecom/Infra sector/Renewable energy
Proven experience in stakeholder management, govt. affairs and policy advocacy
