- Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, packaging, product labels, marketing collaterals, and digital content.
- Design visually engaging assets including brochures, flyers, presentations, advertisements, exhibitions, and social media creatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all campaigns and communication touchpoints.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, sales, and regulatory teams to understand design requirements.
- Handle image editing, infographics, iconography, and template creation for corporate use.
- Work on website graphics, newsletters, emailers, and e-commerce creatives.
- Coordinate with external printers, packaging vendors, and design agencies as needed.
- Maintain and manage the organization's visual asset library.
- Define and lead branding strategy in line with global positioning and product segmentation.
- Manage design teams or agencies, project timelines, and brand development roadmaps.
- Direct creative strategy for new product launches, campaigns, and international exhibitions.
- Oversee end-to-end packaging design lifecycle from concept to print approval.
- Audit existing brand assets and refresh design language to align with evolving trends.
- Track competitor branding, market trends, and design innovations.
- Ensure compliance with domestic and international regulatory guidelines for packaging and labels.
- Present creative concepts to leadership teams and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Executive: 1-3 years | Senior Executive: 3-5 years | Assistant Manager: 5-7 years | Manager: 7-10+ years.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, After Effects, etc.).
- Experience in packaging design, brand development, and healthcare/wellness sectors preferred.
- Strong grasp of typography, color theory, branding principles, and modern design trends.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
