About the Company and the Role:SCGB Solutions is a Bengaluru-based business consultancy providing consulting (digital marketing {performance marketing, social media marketing, content writing, graphic design, Martech, etc.}, corporate law services, and recruitment services to corporates and small businesses). The person joining this role will be responsible to play a key role in helping SCGB Solutions in managing the recruitment vertical and in-house recruitment and talent acquisition for SCGB’s brand MOH (visit ) for more information. This will be a mix of individual contributor and managerial roles.Roles and responsibilities:Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to each department.Source freelance recruiters and roles through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events for In-house roles.Manage work of freelance recruiters and junior recruiters, ensure there is high productivity and manage output to ensure targets assigned to freelance recruiters and junior recruiters are met.Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit for positions in legal, marketing, sales, finance, and other departments.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders across different departments and clientsNegotiate job offers and facilitate the offer acceptance process and vendor contracts for MOH.Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring progress and effectiveness across all departments.Mentor and train junior recruiters and provide support as needed.Prepare or review prescreening inputs, create processes to scale prescreening, and coordinate with clients for feedback and briefing of profiles shared.Work Days: Monday to Saturday (other than 2nd and 3rd Saturday)Work Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a recruiter, with at least 3 years of experience in non-IT recruitment across multiple departments with a focus on digital marketing, design, web design, legal, content writing, and social media marketing.Ability to close positions within assigned timelines and proven track record of the same.Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers across different departments.To apply mail your CV and a customized one-page cover letter, voice note, or video (not exceeding two minutes) as to why you are interested in working on this role and why you would be a good fit for this role, to with subject as Application for senior recruiter role.RequirementsQualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a recruiter, with at least 3 years of experience in non-IT recruitment across multiple departments with a focus on digital marketing, design, web design, legal, content writing, and social media marketing.Ability to close positions within assigned timelines and proven track record of the same.Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers across different departments.To apply mail your CV and a customized one-page cover letter, voice note, or video (not exceeding two minutes) as to why you are interested in working on this role and why you would be a good fit for this role, to with subject as Application for senior recruiter role.
