Sr Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Should have good exposure of operations and maintenance (preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance) of Utility equipment's like HT/LT Panels, Transformers sets, Switch Yard, GIS Substation & Distribution System, UPS, Solar & Gas Generator.

• Should have experience in Electrical Utility of a plant preferable 220KV, 66 KV, 33KV, Switch Yard & Transmission Lines exposure.

• Should have good analytical approach to do Why-Why analysis of technical problems.

• Have knowledge of Utility KPI's and energy conservation ideas in areas of cost savings in Electricity, Water, Fuel, Air

• Should have hands on experience in operations and maintenance Utility equipment's and verse with handling critical breakdowns in Electrical equipment's.

• Good Knowledge of 5S and Kaizens approach.

• Can be work in critical situation and pressure.

• Should have exposure of Team handling

• Should have good communication and soft skills.

• Should have knowledge of Spare Part Planning.

• Should know safety aspects of site and safety work rules during maintenance operation.

• Should have knowledge of compliance handling in Utility area like- Electricity rules, Legal & Statutory license renewals coordination with agencies.
