Location: WFH / Hybrid (candidate should be able to travel to Mangalore as and when required) Designation: Senior Manager - Product Delivery (ESG/EHS)The selected Candidate will be responsible for the following:1. ESG-Related ResponsibilitiesSupport integration of EHS data into ESG disclosures and sustainability reporting platforms (e.g., BRSR, GRI, CDP).Collaborate with ESG product teams to align EHS modules with broader ESG requirements.Offer consultative input to clients on aligning EHS with corporate ESG commitments.Provide feedback from client engagements to refine the ESG capabilities of the platform.Contribute to ESG audit readiness through well-aligned EHS workflows and documentation.2. EHS-Related ResponsibilitiesAct as a subject matter expert for EHS compliance frameworks (e.g., OSHA, ISO 14001/45001, CAPA).Guide clients on best practices for integrating EHS into operational processes and risk controls.Oversee implementation of EHS systems and digital tools tailored to client compliance goals.3.
