Job Description : 1. Implementing standard operating procedures in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. 2. Providing technical guidance and support to Operations and Sales personnel. 3. Conducting trials of new pesticides, equipment, and new technologies. 4. Periodic audit of Service locations. 5. Managing critical complaints through branch operations team. 6. Conducting site inspections to assess pest infestation levels, identify pest species, and recommend appropriate treatment methods. 7. Monitoring and analysis pest management data including pest activity reports, treatment efficacy, and customer feedback. 8. Conducting training programs and workshops for operations officers on pest identification, control methods, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree in Agriculture (Master's degree /certification of pest management preferred). 2. Experience in pest management operations. 3. Strong analytical skills for assessing pest infestations, treatment outcomes and data analysis. 4. Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, clients and regulatory authorities 5. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks under pressure. 6. Commitment to continues learning, professional development and staying updated on industry advancement.
