Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to students, researchers, and professionals to explain company services.- Handle inbound calls and provide clear information about research assistance, thesis, and publication support.- Convince and guide clients about suitable services based on their needs.- Maintain records of calls, client details, and follow-ups in Excel/CRM.- Work with the sales and admin team to achieve monthly targets.- Provide basic customer support and forward complex queries to the respective team.Qualifications:- Any Graduate/BE/B.Tech/B.Sc/BCA/MCA/MBA- Freshers and candidates with telesales/telecalling experience can apply.Skills Required:- Good communication skills in English and Tamil (or regional language).- Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.- Ability to convince and handle clients politely.- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
