Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Part-Time Sales and Marketing Executive / Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing sales and marketing strategies, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to our PR & Branding services, focusing on identifying and segmenting the target audience that would benefit from our offerings. Establish initial contact and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our services through tailored presentations. Conduct diligent follow-ups to nurture leads, address queries, and move them through the sales funnel towards closure. Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with our business goals. Maintain and nurture client relationships post-closure to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals. Work closely with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns that elevate our brand and service offerings. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in PR & Branding is preferred. Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Skills: Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude. Adaptability and flexibility to handle various tasks and shifts in priorities. Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative strategies to attract and retain clients.
