Seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to handle OTC product sales and drive business growth in the assigned territory.Key Responsibilities:Achieve sales targets for OTC products in the assigned area
Appoint and manage distributors and expand market reach
Ensure product visibility and availability across retail outlets
Execute sales and marketing strategies effectively
Build strong relationships with chemists, retailers, and distributors
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Ensure timely reporting and market feedbackRequirements:Graduate (MBA preferred)
Experience in OTC/FMCG/Pharma sales
Strong knowledge of territory management
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
