1. BMC Remedy Action Request System v9.1, Smart IT 1.6, My IT 3.3.2 Support and development.
2. ITSM Suite v9.1 (Incident & Problem Management, Change & Release Management, SLM, Asset Management, SRMS), Knowledge Management, Atrium CMDB 9.1.
3. Experience on Smart IT, My IT, RSSO
4. Out-of-the box and third-party integration with BMC Remedy tools, web services and APIs Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role
Good Knowledge on BMC ARS 9.1, ITSM Suite 9.1, SLM 9.1, Smart IT 1.6, MYIT 3.3.2, Pentaho Spoon, Web services, REST API's, Remedy Developer Studio
Remedy Workflow customizations using Developer Studio
Strong ITIL Framework concepts
Experience in configuring and working on Remedy Server-group environment
Experience of working on overlay concept
Should have ITSM integration experience with other remedy & web service integration.
Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting BMC Remedy AR Server issues
Experience with Smart Reporting, Smart IT, My IT.
Good in customer interaction. (1.) To analyze the assigned PSorCI (production supportorcontinuous improvement) incidents and propose solutions (2.) To design and develop the module based on client specifications. (3.) To interact with the client and other functional teams for gaining understanding of the technical requirements. (4.) To participate in team meetings. (5.) To test the created technical modules and deploy them in client environment for successful go-live.
