- Creating and publishing job postings on various platforms.
- Reviewing and sourcing resumes from potential candidates.
- Conducting interviews with shortlisted applicants.
- Participating in daily review and coordination meetings.
- Providing training to team members.
- Submitting candidate resumes to clients.
- Coordinating with clients to meet their staffing needs.
- Efficiently executing recruitment strategies and plans.
Required Skill Set: - A minimum requirement is a bachelor's degree.
- Prior experience in recruiting candidates with commerce backgrounds, including CA, accountants, CS, CMA, etc., is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- The ability to meet assigned targets is also expected.
Must have laptop with strong Wi-Fi connection.
