WELDER FOR CONSTRUCTION - RAIPUR , CHHATTISGARH

• Fabrication & Assembly: Cut, shape, and weld metal components based on blueprints and technical drawings.
• Welding Operations: Perform high-quality welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) in various positions (1G-4G) to build or repair infrastructure.
• Equipment Maintenance: Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot welding machinery, power tools, and gas torches.
• Quality Control: Inspect completed welds to detect flaws and ensure compliance with industry standards and structural specifications.
• Site Safety: Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols, using personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Project Collaboration: Work with site managers, engineers, and other trades to complete projects on schedule.

• Certification: Proven experience or certification as a Welder (AWS certification is often preferred).
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and structural drawings.
• Physical Ability: High stamina for standing, bending, and lifting heavy materials; good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Tool Proficiency: Experience with oxy-fuel cutting, plasma cutters, grinders, and welding machines.

• Experience in construction environments (working at heights, in trenches).
• Knowledge of different metal types and their properties.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
