- Maintain, interpret and deliver timely and accurate financial data including periodic US GAAP management results.
- Support the preparation of key monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables, such as cash flow forecasts, variance analysis, and account reconciliations, ensuring the integrity of financial records.
- Collaborate with external service providers to ensure timely compliance with all statutory filings, including GST, Income Tax, and Companies Act requirements.
- Assist with the annual statutory audit and the preparation of financial statements under Indian GAAP.
- Stay abreast of changes in Indian laws and regulations, assessing their potential implications for the business.
- Contribute to the implementation of robust systems and processes to ensure ongoing compliance and operational efficiency.
- Provide ongoing support to the Singapore subsidiary as required by the Financial Controller.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across functions and regions, contributing to a positive team culture.
- Support in the preparation of technical accounting memos, complex accounting calculations and items requiring judgment.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Articleship with a Big 4 firm preferred; prior experience in the IT industry is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP with working familiarity of US GAAP
- Solid understanding of Indian statutory laws, including the Companies Act, GST, and Income Tax
- Experience with NetSuite ERP is an added advantage.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and approaches problem-solving thoughtfully.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement through analytical thinking and process optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
