Moreover, awareness of the integrations and coordination with multiple teams is expected.ResponsibilitiesRequirements analysis, business process analysis with functional SMEs and other system experts.Provide effort estimations for technical enhancementsDesign, Develop & Deployment of integrations and reportsPrepare technical design documentsAnalysis and fix of integration production issues.Perform impact analysis of existing integrations due to new change in business process or acquisition of new company.Overseeing failures, errors and warnings of scheduled integrations.Identify & implement continuous improvements to existing integrations to bring more efficiency to the business process.Follow defined integration/development standards and best practices.Provide technical expertise in integrating Workday with other enterprise systems.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Workday.Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications/skillsBE/MBA/M.TechWorkday Payroll, Studio Integration, PICOF, PECI knowledge is mandatoryWorkday Advanced, Matrix, BIRT ReportsPreferred Qualifications/ SkillsExperience with HCM integration development and/or maintenance in a global environment.Experience with Security configuration & Workday Data Model.Experience working with web services, SOAP, WDSL, XML, XSLT or XPATHExperience working with Core Connector, Cloud Connector, EIB, Report Designer, Workday Studio, PICOF/PECI, BIRT, Data Conversions loadsExperience in development of Custom Reports & Calculated FieldsExperience in support and implementation projects.Functional knowledge across at least one Human Resources Module – including Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Benefits & Payroll.Why join Genpact?
