Job Description:This role is primarily responsible for processing transactions as per the SLA metrics defined by the clientEnsure that the process transactions are processed as per Desk Top proceduresEnsure that the assigned targets in accordance with SLA are metEnsure that the quality of the transactions is in compliance with predefined parametersEnsure adherence to established attendance schedulesEnsure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures
