- · Add and update information in a proprietary database, classifying and categorizing it appropriately according to defined standards.
- · Ensure the quality of information entered in the database is error-free.
- · Code: Classify information in the database under the following categories for easy and accurate reference:
- · Function performed by the candidate
- · Company/Business Sector the person is working in
- · Position at which the candidate is working
- · Profile Creation: Create profiles and other required documents.
- · Qualification Check: Verify the academic qualifications of candidates as per client requirements.
- · Data Transfer: Transfer confidential candidate and company information from documents into the database.
- · Interaction with Client: Communicate directly with clients regarding queries.
- Reporting and Dashboard creation
- · Personality: The successful candidate must be self-driven, results-oriented, and have a positive outlook, with a clear focus on high quality. They should be a natural forward planner who critically assesses their own performance. The individual should be reliable, tolerant, and determined.
- · Attitude: The individual must have a positive outlook towards work.
