Job PurposeThe purpose of this position is to maintain a database of candidates in the company's Database Application to facilitate executive search.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

· Add and update information in a proprietary database, classifying and categorizing it appropriately according to defined standards.
· Ensure the quality of information entered in the database is error-free.
· Code: Classify information in the database under the following categories for easy and accurate reference:
· Function performed by the candidate
· Company/Business Sector the person is working in
· Position at which the candidate is working
· Profile Creation: Create profiles and other required documents.
· Qualification Check: Verify the academic qualifications of candidates as per client requirements.
· Data Transfer: Transfer confidential candidate and company information from documents into the database.
· Interaction with Client: Communicate directly with clients regarding queries.
Reporting and Dashboard creation
