- Lead the techno-commercial evaluation of vendors and subcontractors.
- Ensure cost-effective procurement strategies aligned with project timelines.
- Review and approve technical specifications and commercial terms.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
- Monitor contract execution and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
- Manage claims, variations, and dispute resolution.
- Collaborate with O&M managers, engineering, and procurement teams to align commercial strategies with project goals.
- Monitor O&M budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures.
- Identify and develop reliable vendor networks.
- Conduct vendor performance evaluations and audits.
- Lead and mentor the site techno-commercial team.
- Ensure continuous skill development and performance management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical) or related field; MBA in Operations/Finance is a plus.
- 20-25 years of experience in techno-commercial roles
- Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and project costing.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills
