This role is essential for transforming complex technical procedures, research findings, and operational protocols into clear, standardized, and accessible documentation. You will play a central part in defining how technical knowledge is structured and shared across.Key Responsibilities

Create /Modify a topic for a feature that currently lacks documentation or needs upgrade.
Usually one topic at a time (i.e. one project == one topic, maybe two)
Work with SMEs and other stakeholders to obtain necessary information, verify technical accuracy, topic quality, and so on.

Analyze content for an existing area and suggest improvements * Assess quality, usefulness, etc.

Suggest meaningful improvements beyond copy edit
