Power Platform Specialist

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI and/or other BI tools such as Tableau.

• Design, build, and optimize data models and ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity, scalability, and high performance.

• Write complex SQL queries and use M language (Power Query) for data transformation and cleansing.

• Work across the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Fabric to deliver integrated business solutions.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders—especially in the multifamily real estate domain—to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to enhance adoption and effective use of BI tools.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives.

• Document technical processes, data models, and dashboards; ensure adherence to data quality standards and governance practices.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence development with Power BI, SQL, and data modeling.

• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power automate, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric). Experience with Tableau is a plus.

• Experience or strong understanding of the multifamily real estate sector is highly desirable.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to translate data insights into business actions.

• Self-driven, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and upskilling.

• Familiarity with DAX and advanced data visualization techniques.

• Experience in conducting BI tool training for end-users.

• Knowledge of cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, Snowflake) is a plus.
