The Opportunity As the Associate Technical Account Manager at Xactly Corporation, you will be working alongside our technical account managers and will assist with activities throughout the project implementation lifecycle, including requirements, configuration, testing, SIT, UAT, launch and post implementation support. We are seeking an individual with strong technical experience, good communication and customer management skills, and experience with any programming language within the confines of a business application. Understand customer requirements and develop code or configurations to meet customer needs. Work with internal product teams to understand product capabilities, technical features and functions. Troubleshoot and provide resolution of problems, test system and software performance throughout the completion of the development cycle. The Team Xactly's Professional Services team is a mix of consultants, compensation experts and sales professionals. The team comes from a plethora of industries including SaaS, consulting, financial services and management consulting. They are fast learners, turned compensation consultants with the business-savvy to execute complex projects in all client verticals. The Skill Set 2-7 Years' of programming experience in any major platform - like Python / Java Strong experience with RDBMS Data Structures and database concepts, preferably - Oracle Strong problem-solving skills Experience with Shell Scripts Python experience in a Unix/Linux environment Experience with REST API integration and JSON. Experience with ETL tools, preferably Pervasive. Software design experience Very good understanding of Data Structures and database concepts Proficiency with shell scripting Understanding of release management tools and processes like Git Excellent verbal and written communication skills SQL - Good Knowledge Must have Core Technical skills - Good knowledge of Database - SQL programming/shell scripts/experience in any one programming language. Self-aware, motivated, coachable and poised, able to work seamlessly as part of a team Within One Month, You'll Participate in training, which will introduce you to our products and processes. Gain a strong understanding of Intelligent Revenue Platform space and the business challenges Xactly solves. Begin ramping onto projects as soon as training is completed. Within Three Months, You'll Be fully ramped up, working on customer accounts alongside technical account managers. Consistently and successfully deliver customer implementations. Be fully versed in Xactly tools, keeping essential customer data organized and tracking all your interactions with customers. Become a subject matter expert in one aspect of Xactly's products and related activities. Create urgency, instill confidence, and provide fantastic customer service as you guide customers through the initial implementation and their early adoption stage of Xactly at their company. Within Six Months, You'll Become well versed in developing solutions for customers and would be able to identify reusable components across customers. Work independently in projects coordinating with Xactly team members across locations to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget and quality constraints Become a subject matter expert in several aspects of Xactly's products, including developing training materials to support other Implementation Consultants Meet and exceed quarterly metrics and objectives. Provide input for overall implementation process improvements. Within Twelve Months, You'll Mentor new hires and teach best practices to lead the team towards future success. Deepen knowledge of tactics to increase customer satisfaction and improve implementation time within your projects and share across the team. Be introduced to design of the processes and would be mentored on writing design documents. Identify gaps within our processes, propose solutions and execute to continue raising the bar with the team.
