Associate Manager - Operations & Maintenance

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement corrosion control programs to protect assets from degradation
Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify corrosion issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design corrosion-resistant materials and coatings
Recommend and implement corrosion mitigation strategies based on findings
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrosion control measures
Provide technical expertise and support on corrosion-related matters
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to corrosion management
Prepare reports and documentation on corrosion control activities
Participate in training and knowledge sharing activities related to corrosion prevention
Contribute to the continuous improvement of corrosion management processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Metallurgical Engineering, or related field
8-12 years of experience in corrosion engineering within the power generation industry
