- Responsible for architect and design of complex technology solutions as part of Lead to Closure process.
- Review the solutions designed by team members.
- Lead the development of design and contribution to PTG activities such as development of accelerators, demos, etc. in their respective Business Unit.
- Participate in establishing architecture guiding principles, reference architectures and implementations, frameworks and methodologies that will ensure the conversion of operational and transformation roadmaps into successful solution implementations.
- Participate and keep up-to-date on the relevant development and innovations in the industry to ensure emerging technologies and industry trends are adopted to meet client needs.
- Support the transference of the proposed solution design to the delivery team, however remain engaged with the client long term.
- Lead solution architecture projects and provide technical guidance to solution architects and development teams.
- Collaborate with business development teams to develop proposals and respond to RFPs.
- Work with other senior leaders to align solution architecture with the organization's overall business strategy.
- Provide thought leadership and evangelize solution architecture across the organization.
- Mentor and coach junior solution architects and development teams.
- Provide input into the organization's technology roadmap and make recommendations on emerging technologies that can benefit the organization.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
- Good understanding of the proposal's content, goals, and strategy.
- Awareness of the organization's past proposal successes and failures.
- Participates in proposal defense meetings and presentations.
- Able to addresses questions and objections confidently and professionally.
- Collaborates with team members to prepare responses to potential issues and offers insights and suggestions to improve proposal defense strategies.
- Good proficiency in proposal writing techniques, including structuring and formatting with understanding of the organization's products, services, and industry.
- Able to develop complete proposal with moderate complexity.
- Writes clear and persuasive proposal content while assist in proposal editing and proof-reading.
- Collaborates effectively with subject matter experts and other team members.
- Can contribute to proposal strategy discussions.
- Develops emerging technology adoption strategies, makes decisions related to emerging technology architecture and design.
- Identifies and implements emerging technologies that optimize business value.
- Implement code or configure/customize products, drive adoption of industry standards and practices, and contribute to development of reusable assets and innovative solutions.
- Work on complex modules independently.
- Analyse various frameworks/tools and present recommendations, contribute to development of training and certification material, and demonstrate thought leadership through whitepapers and webinars.
- Has expert knowledge of architecture Industry tools & frameworks with accreditation/certification in the relevant areas
- Ability to tailor architectural methods, tools selection & customization as per need.
- Can independently make decisions in tool selection process and provide future direction for tools and framework selection.
- Provides deep subject matter expertise, advice for the program delivery.
- Contributes to the development of new techniques and plans within area of expertise.
