- Assist in managing reservations operations across the cluster hotels.
- Ensure all bookings are processed accurately in the PMS and reservation systems.
- Monitor reservation channels including IHG CRS, OTA, GDS, and direct bookings.
- Support revenue strategies to maximize occupancy and ADR.
- Handle guest reservation inquiries, modifications, and special requests.
- Maintain accurate room inventory, rate codes, and booking details.
- Generate reservation reports and assist with forecasting.
- Work closely with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue Management teams.
- Support training and supervision of reservation team members.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 5 years' experience in hotel reservations, front office, or revenue operations.
- Experience with Oasis PMS, IHG reservation systems, CRS, and distribution channels preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Support daily reservations operations across the hotel cluster.
- Ensure accurate management of bookings through IHG reservation systems and PMS.
- Monitor reservation channels including direct bookings, OTA, and corporate accounts.
- Coordinate with Revenue, Sales, and Front Office teams.
- Assist in inventory control and rate management.
- Handle guest inquiries and booking modifications.
- Maintain high service standards aligned with IHG brand guidelines.
- Hospitality degree or relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in hotel reservations or front office operations.
- Experience using Oasis PMS / reservation platforms preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and guest service skills.
