- Providing Level 2 & Level 3 technical support for access control, CCTV, and security solutions.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to access control systems, including software and electrified hardware.
- Conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and providing immediate resolutions.
- Assisting system integrators with installation, commissioning, and maintenance of security systems.
- Collaborating with the Business Development team to provide pre-sales support, including design, BOQ preparation, Customer POC’s, and compliance checks.
- Supporting the business development team in expanding security solutions and customer base.
- Conducting technical training for internal teams, business partners, and system integrators.
- Providing certification training on access control and security solutions.
- Assisting in competency development for service teams and partners.
- B.E. in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
- Certifications in security systems or technical support (preferred).
- Knowledge of other related ELV systems like CCTV, BMS, PA, etc.
- Understanding of electrified locks, drop bolts, EM locks, and SVP locks.
- Strong knowledge of networking, security protocols, and integrations with Active Directory.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Quick learner with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
