- Design, implement, and manage the organization’s compensation and benefits programs
- Develop and administer salary structures, bonus plans, incentive programs, and recognition schemes
- Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and fairness
- Collaborate with local HR Managers to create attractive and compliant benefits packages across markets
- Ensure reward programs are aligned with business strategy and support employee motivation and retention
- Maintain and update salary grids and pay structures in alignment with career paths and job architecture
- Lead and coordinate the annual salary review and bonus cycles with finance and leadership teams
- Act as the local HR Manager for employees in India and UAE, supporting leadership and employees on all HR matters
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Evac Group’s global and regional objectives
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of talent
- Manage employee relations, grievance procedures, and conflict resolution processes
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and relevant global HR policies
- Coordinate performance management and employee development plans
- Lead and support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Foster and continuously develop a positive and engaged workplace culture
- Maintain accurate HR data and provide regular reports to senior leadership
- Promote awareness of HR policies and support managers in their implementation
- Collaborate with regional and global HR colleagues to ensure alignment of practices, and take a lead in global topics e.g. Updating and development of policies and frameworks
- Manage employee safety, welfare, wellness and health in cooperation with relevant partners
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or CIPD qualification preferred)
- Proven experience in HR management or senior HR roles within a global business environment
- Strong expertise in compensation/payroll and benefits design, benchmarking, and reward strategy
- Solid understanding of Indian and/or UAE employment legislation and international HR practices
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments and regions
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, talent management and Microsoft Office tools
- Willingness to travel occasionally for international business coordination
- Commitment to organisational and cultural change with a strong teamwork attitude
- Understanding or cultural sensitivities and differences
- Full-time position
- Standard office hours (with occasional extended hours depending on business needs)
- Hybrid working model based in Mumbai, India (as per company policy)
- Some international travel required
