- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of agency sales agents to achieve individual and collective sales objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth and market penetration in alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, KPIs, and targets to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and sales tools to equip agents with the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to succeed.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts to drive customer retention and satisfaction.
- Need to handle 4 to 5 Districts.
- Handling at least 5 Branch Managers, Sales Managers and Agents
- Conduct regular performance reviews and analyses to assess individual and team performance, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Provide ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance the capabilities and competencies of the agency sales team.
