Oracle Cloud ERP Techno-Functional Analyst

• ERP System Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Oracle Cloud ERP system, ensuring its optimal performance and alignment with business requirements.
• Business Process Optimization: Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through ERP functionalities. Redesign processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
• Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Oracle Cloud ERP to meet specific business needs. Create custom forms, workflows, and reports as required.
• Data Management and Integration: Manage data migration projects, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Integrate Oracle Cloud ERP with other business systems for seamless data exchange and operational efficiency.
• User Support and Training: Provide ongoing support to ERP users, addressing any issues and ensuring effective system use. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance user competence and confidence in utilizing ERP functionalities.
• Project Management: Lead ERP implementation or upgrade projects, coordinating between internal teams and external vendors. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure the ERP system complies with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Implement security measures to protect sensitive data within the ERP system.

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP, covering core modules like Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and Project Management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle ERP configuration, customization, and integration. Familiarity with Oracle's development tools and languages.
• Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of business processes related to the core ERP modules. Ability to analyze and optimize these processes leveraging ERP solutions.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data and generate insights that drive business decisions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the skill to articulate technical and functional information to a non-technical audience.
• Project Management: Experience in managing projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Certification in Oracle Cloud ERP is highly desirable.
