Job Category: SupplyDegree Level: Bachelor's degreeJob Description:In this role, you will ensure seamless processes from opportunity to invoice, focusing on supply readiness, risk management, and customer satisfaction. By optimizing working capital, enabling transparency for data-driven decisions, and ensuring compliant financial reporting, the team drives business success and value.Responsibilities:
  • Provide pre-sales support through early involvement in the offer-to-cash process to ensure operational readiness.
  • Drive customer hardware demand planning and Market S&OP processes within assigned areas.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order intake, revenue booking, and management across various business scenarios.
  • Manage customer order execution, delivery to the customer site, and timely, accurate invoicing.
  • Proactively mitigate supply and delivery risks to minimize business exposure, upport Market Services with optimized supply chain solutions and cost baseline accuracy for customer offers.
  • Lead efficient Sales & Operations Execution processes across cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee inventory management and contribute to cash and asset management, including invoice accuracy and NIR.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX controls and drive timely execution, lead continuous improvement initiatives and manage customer/project escalations.
Qualifications:You have:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience with educational qualifications, such as a graduate or postgraduate degree, coupled with project management or operational experience.
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously as a subject matter expert, analyzing and implementing solutions within and beyond own subject area.
  • Experience in managing and influencing cross-functional and external stakeholders, including customers and vendors, with effective communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt in complex, changing business environments, carrying out specialized projects with measurable impact.
  • Proven success in contributing to or leading the analysis, design, and implementation of policies, processes, and operational plans.
