Job Description:Role Purpose:The EHS Lead will be responsible for implementing, coordinating, and monitoring Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) activities at the residential project site to ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, company standards, and best practices.Key Responsibilities:Site Audits & ComplianceConduct regular site EHS audits to identify hazards, non-compliances, and improvement opportunities.Ensure site operations comply with all applicable EHS codes, standards, and statutory requirements.Stakeholder CoordinationCoordinate with site teams, contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure seamless EHS implementation.Facilitate communication between all stakeholders for effective issue resolution.EHS Management SystemOversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the site EHS management system.Maintain updated documentation and records as per company policies and legal mandates.Codes & StandardsApply sound knowledge of national and international EHS codes, standards, and best practices in daily operations.Stay updated on changes in relevant legislation.Contractor EHS OversightReview contractor EHS plans, risk assessments, and method statements.Advise contractors on corrective actions and ensure timely implementation of preventive measures.EHS Reporting & StatisticsPrepare and submit accurate monthly EHS reports and statistics, analyzing trends and proposing improvements.Maintain incident and accident records, conduct investigations, and implement corrective actions.Training & AwarenessPlan and conduct regular EHS training sessions and toolbox talks for contractor workers and project staff.Promote a proactive safety culture across the project site.Equipment & Machinery InspectionsCarry out inspections of plants, machinery, tools, and equipment to ensure safe working conditions.Ensure statutory testing and certifications are up to date.#LI-DNI
