Autodesk is looking for a Senior Experience Designer to join our Fusion 360 Experience Design (XD) team to help and support a team of experienced designers focused on transforming the product design and manufacturing industry.As an Senior User experienced designer at Autodesk, you will apply your experience design skills to help craft the next generation of data management, design and manufacturing CAD tools for Autodesk Fusion 360. You'll work with a talented team of Experience Designers, Content Designers, Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Quality Assurance Engineers to create compelling experiences that help our customers solve their most critical design and manufacturing challenges. You will report to Manager.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate customer requirements through storytelling, interactive prototypes, and detailed visual/functional design specificationsPartner with Senior XDs to facilitate customer research to gain insights and inform better business and design decisionsPartner with Sr XD, Product Management, Development, and other partners to prioritize and deliver quality customer experiencesCreate design/interaction patterns to guide customer experiencesPartner with Leads for presentations and discussions with customers and company partners to validate designsMaintain familiarity with other Autodesk products and competitive productsMinimum Qualifications5-7 years' experience in experience design or related fieldBachelor's degree in design, HCI, or equivalent work experienceSound Fundamentals in human-centered design best practicesExperience with design and prototyping using tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, and/or SketchA quality portfolio of recent XD work or projects.Preferred QualificationsExperience designing for applications spanning desktop & mobile experiencesExperience within the fields of Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering and/or Electrical EngineeringExperience with 3D design/engineering/manufacturing software (Solidworks, Inventor, Pro/Engineer, etc)#LI-AC3Learn MoreAbout Autodesk
