- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases; ability to lead software payroll systems integrations seamlessly.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Skill in designing strategies for Recruitment, Employee Relations, Payroll handling as per legal standards.
- Adept at Performance Management systems to enhance employee productivity.
- Strong capabilities in Conflict Resolution to maintain harmonious workplace relationships.
