Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share for PNG and CNG in the Bhandara region.
  • Identify and onboard new domestic and commercial customers, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement marketing campaigns tailored to the local market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including industrial clients and transport sector representatives.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
  • Drive customer engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Leverage digital tools and platforms to optimize sales processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support the development of pricing strategies that align with market dynamics and business objectives.
  • Ensure alignment of sales activities with the strategic priorities of Adani Total Gas's City Gas Distribution projects.
Qualifications:Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience of 4-7 years in sales and marketing within the energy or gas distribution sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in domestic and commercial market development.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer acquisition.
Educational Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
Years & Type of Experience
  • 4-7 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the energy or gas distribution industry.
  • Hands-on experience in customer acquisition, market research, and stakeholder engagement.
