Finance Controller

- Prepare and submit monthly P&L, balance sheet, quarterly estimates, and variance analysis to corporate with high accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee financial consolidation across group entities, including inter company eliminations and corporate-level reporting for group submissions.
- Manage statutory audits, inter-company eliminations, disclosures, and board-level financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with IND AS, SEBI, Company Law, Related Party regulations, and MSME norms.
- Lead the controller function: COSO framework monitoring, IFC testing, SOD conflict checks, and follow-ups on internal audit actions.
- Plan and monitor balance sheet budgets, depreciation, amortisation, and monthly/weekly/daily cash flows.
- Act as a financial advisor to business units on accounting, costing, legal, and tax matters.
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant.
