Job Title: Accounts & Finance HeadWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts & Finance Head to lead our finance department in a dynamic manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all accounting functions, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, managing financial audits, and leading a team to maintain accurate financial records.Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end accounting operations including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and preparation of financial statements.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns in compliance with government regulations.
Lead the financial audit process and assist in finalization of accounts with auditors and statutory bodies.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for smooth financial operations.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to improve financial performance and compliance.
Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team to enhance productivity and professional growth.
Handle communication related to finance through effective email drafting and correspondence.
Utilize Tally software for accurate accounting and reporting.Qualifications:Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA in Finance, or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in accounting and finance leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax laws, and audit procedures.
Proficient in Tally and other accounting software.
