Drive implementation and compliance with Health, Safety and Wellbeing policies, procedures, and standards across assigned projects.
Lead preparation and delivery of external certifications, including ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and other applicable standards.
Coordinate and undertake inspections and audits, providing operational support and ensuring robust schedules are maintained.
Analyse audit results, KPIs, and corrective actions, identifying gaps and developing mitigation plans to strengthen performance.
Manage incident investigations, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and build effective stakeholder relationships.
Collaborate on strategic delivery, supporting system development and advancing the net zero carbon transition through proactive carbon management.

You’ll need to have:

Degree qualification is essential with 10-15 years experience.
Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
