Support project planning, execution, and reporting tasks under the supervision of the PMO Manager.
Track project deliverables, align them with strategic objectives, and ensure timelines are adhered to.
Perform in-depth data and portfolio analysis for better program evaluation and decision-making.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and leadership.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools to measure project performance and governance metrics.
Identify potential risks and assist in implementing mitigation strategies.
Promote compliance with organizational policies, standards, and best practices in project management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in Program/Project Management or related roles.
Strong analytical skills, with proven success in interpreting data and driving actionable insights.
Proficient in project management tools, MS Excel, and other reporting tools.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and maintain a solution-driven mindset.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build positive stakeholder relationships.
