- Will be responsible to assist Sales team and providing Networking (MPLS, Internet, P2P, Campus LAN, WIFI, SDWAN, SDLAN), UCC solutions (ET, IPT, VoIP, Video, Telepresence, Contact Center), Cloud (Public, Private), Security, and M2M/IoT solution.
- SSL and IPSec VPN
- Experience in sales support and design of telecommunications solutions:
- SD WAN, SD LAN Solution
- UCC OR Technical Experience
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN & Voice integration is highly desirable
- Working knowledge & experience with network security controls such as firewalls, proxy, internet protection (Zscaler & others)
- knowledge of M2M/IoT and Cloud solution is a plus
- Proven ability to collect and interpret customers’ requirements to produce cost effective and efficient solutions designs to meet complex needs of our customers
- Knowledge in any other principles is an advantage
- engage and partner with internal team members at a detailed technical level
- deliver proposals which articulate Orange value for the benefit of the customer
- understand key partner and vendor products as required to deliver fully integrated solutions
- Technical knowledge to facilitate design of managed services
- Ability to work independently to achieve an outcome
- Minimum BSc degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, information technology and systems or other relevant field
- Technical certification in related field (i.e. Cisco CCNP/CCIE, AWS, or other relevant certifications)
- Minimum 7 years related work experience in customer facing organizations within the telecom or IT industry or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering within the telecom industry or equivalent
- Experience in technology and/ or management consulting is a plus
- Proven track record in creating and positioning solutions to customer needs
- Industry-wide knowledge / market leadership in Network Services / Security / Unified Communications & Collaboration / Infrastructure/Cloud.
- Knowledge of M2M / IoT a plus
- Personal and professional credibility to challenge customer assumptions / internal responses.
