- Experience in managing billing and cash application functions
- Ensuring Billing is done accurately and timely
- Prepare and send invoices, process payments, track accounts, and resolve billing discrepancies.
- To maintain proper records, communicate with clients and accounting team
- Payment application to be done accurately and efficiently.
- Reconcile accounts, maintain proper documentation, address customer inquiries, improve process efficiency, collaborate with cross-functional teams
- To be responsible for managing and recovering outstanding debts
