Design, develop, and maintain VOIP and SIP-based applications and services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable communication solutions.

Implement features related to call control, call reporting, and anomaly detection.

Optimize system performance, reliability, and security for VOIP applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to voice and video services.

Stay informed with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance product capabilities.

Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

RequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on VOIP and SIP protocols.

Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Java, or Python.

Strong understanding of telecommunication principles and network protocols.

Experience with tools and libraries related to VOIP (e.g., Asterisk, Kamailio, FreeSWITCH).

Familiarity with signaling and media protocols such as RTP, RTCP, SDP.

Good knowledge of security protocols relevant to VOIP communications.

Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
