Principal Engineer-Mechanical

• Oversee and manage the delivery of complex MEP projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction
• Lead and mentor a team of senior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative mechanical engineering solutions
• Conduct thorough quality assurance and quality control (QAQC) reviews of projects

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on MEP projects
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale MEP project deliveries
• In-depth understanding of mechanical engineering principles and MEP services
• Strong expertise in project management, including resource allocation and profitability
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and develop senior engineers
• Proficiency in quality assurance and quality control (QAQC) processes
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Expertise in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools
