Job DescriptionMain purpose of the job and key background informationActivities to be performed :Assist US Proposal Managers, Writers, US Firm Client Strategist, or Client Service Pursuit Leaders with assigning, overseeing and/or completing all tasks associated with preparing proposal documents in response to (RFP/RFQ/RFI) specifications to include:identify and interpret all proposal instructionscommunicate with Proposal Manager/Client Strategist on scope clarifications and requirementsassist with arranging or developing proposal first draft, and populating proposal templates shell with content using specific tools and channels within the organizationconduct complex searches for proposal related content; answer FAQs, and manage best in class content via proposal content library, conduct other proposal related research in PwC internal sources as requested.Work with proposal teams, strategists and other internal teams to conceptualize what they are trying to convey and the best way to visually communicate that information through graphicsReviewing text-based content and making judgements based on policy guidance.Performing research in PwC internal sources to help develop content for client proposals, with limited opportunity to write/create original content.Proofreading of proposals: reviewing content, typically prior to submission of proposals to recognize and fix any spelling, grammar, or structural issues in the content.RequirementsThese should include essential & desirable requirements such as:Level of experienceEducation/qualificationsIndustry experienceTechnical capabilityKey personal attributeLevel of experience: 2-3 yearsEducation/qualifications: Graduate or above (Master’s Degree in English/Mass Communications/Any other relevant field)Knowledge of tools: MS office suite, G Suite, Adobe suiteIndustry experience: 2 – 3 years of competitive business proposal experience (Experience in writing/editing/proofreading, client management, and proposal graphic design experience is preferred)Technical capability: Skills in searching information from internal portals to help develop content for client proposals, Analytical skills, Proofreading, Client communication, skills in designing graphics/layoutsKey personal attribute: Open to learning new skills and tools, awareness of the industry latest trends, eye for details, ability to work with multi-cultural stakeholders, self-motivated and capable of working both independently and in a team, Creative thinking, flexibility to adapt to new situations, strong verbal and written communication skills, Coverage/availability primarily during the US hours from 8AM - 8PM CST; however, weekend support may also be requiredEducation (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred:Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified)Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified)Travel Requirements Not SpecifiedAvailable for Work Visa Sponsorship?
