Experience: min 8 to 15 Years mechanical maintenance experience in Griding Machine, Turning Machine and SPM Machines.
Work location: Chakan in PuneJob description:
Technically sound for profile Grinding m/c, Turning and SPM machines.
Good exposure on various spindles assemblies, repairing, ball-screw replacement (various types) and guide-ways replacements, assemblies of servo motor, linear motors.
Ability to handle the quality related deviation by machines setting and alignment.
Good exposure about Rexroth, DMG, Walter machines.
Great understanding of pneumatic, hydraulics, and mechanical assemblies of Grinding machines
Familiar with to use various power and hand tools, gauges and geometrical appliances.
Problem-solving and organizational skills for various chronic issues.
Hands on to perform effective PM along with m/cs geometry and alignment activities.
Ability to repair and reuse the broken or faulty machine parts by various kaizens or modifications.
Good knowledge of machines spares part planning and inventory management.
Good knowledge of alternative spares parts development through local vendors.
Hands on of m/c alignment and calibration activities.
Initiatives for various improvement activities for to save cost, energy and improve safety.
Having good knowledge for ISO audits and maintenance compliance and its documentation
Ability to stand for long hours to complete pending activities whatever it may be.
Initiatives to save consumables like oils, energy, spares cost.
Good exposure to do why why analysis, RCA and completion with HD, CAPA, History cards and execution.
Identifies the causes of unexpected breakdowns of machines and actions according CAPA.
Monitoring MTTR/MTBF and action plan to improve the same.
Good team handling abilities.
Basic electrical control troubleshooting knowledge like Bosch, Walter, Siemens, Fanuc, Rollomatic controls
Familiar with industrial safety and its norms.
