We're looking for a Learning Experience Architect who is equal parts expert instructional designer, thoughtful mentor, and pragmatic problem-solver.This role is for someone who still loves doing the work. You will personally design and build high-quality learning solutions while guiding a small team of instructional designers to do their best work. You'll use Infopro's Intelligent Design Framework (IDF), modern authoring tools, and Gen AI to create learning experiences that are clear, engaging, and directly aligned to business outcomes.If you enjoy translating complex business needs into elegant learning solutions and want meaningful ownership without stepping away from execution, this role was built for you.What You'll Be Responsible ForDesigning & Building Learning SolutionsLead end-to-end instructional design using Infopro's Intelligent Design FrameworkCreate learning strategies, design documents, content outlines, storyboards, scripts, and build-ready assetsDevelop eLearning, microlearning, blended programs, simulations, and performance support toolsUse Gen AI thoughtfully to accelerate content creation, iteration, and personalizationPartner with subject matter experts to extract knowledge and turn it into actionable learningLeading and Mentoring a Small Design TeamGuide and mentor 2-4 instructional designers through day-to-day workReview storyboards, scripts, and built output, providing clear, constructive feedbackCoach team members through regular 1:1s to strengthen skills and confidenceModel strong design thinking, communication, and problem-solving habitsHelp manage workload and timelines to ensure consistent quality deliveryConsulting and Shaping Learning StrategyConduct learning needs analysis and job-task analysis when requiredDesign learning approaches aligned to business goals and measurable outcomesRecommend the right mix of modalities based on context, audience, and constraintsContribute learning expertise to proposals and solution scoping conversationsQuality, Innovation, and Continuous ImprovementApply quality standards across the full design and development lifecycleStay current on emerging learning technologies, AI tools, and industry practicesExperiment with new approaches that improve efficiency and learner impactContribute to the evolution of internal design practices and standardsWhat You BringRequired Experience & SkillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field8-12 years of hands-on instructional design and learning development experienceDeep command of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologiesProven ability to independently create high-quality storyboards, scripts, and learning contentStrong learning strategy and performance consulting skillsExperience mentoring or leading small teams of instructional designersAdvanced, hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and/or RiseWorking knowledge of LMS platforms and SCORM standardsStrong proficiency with common business tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)Demonstrated expertise using Gen AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for learning designExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines without sacrificing qualityNice to HaveExperience designing simulations or scenario-based learningVisual design or multimedia production knowledgeFamiliarity with learning analytics or reportingBackground in change management or performance consultingExperience working in global, client-facing environmentsWhat Success Looks LikeWithin 3 monthsIndependently designing learning solutions aligned to client needsProducing high-quality storyboards and content with minimal revisionEstablishing trust and effective feedback rhythms with your teamWithin 6 monthsLeading multiple projects from needs analysis through deliveryContributing confidently to client strategy discussionsSeeing measurable improvement in team quality and consistencyWithin 12 monthsRecognized as a subject matter expert in specific learning modalities or industriesA team that delivers high-quality work with minimal reworkTrusted by clients and internal stakeholders to bring clarity to ambiguous requestsWhy Join Infopro LearningReal Impact
